Maine State Police asks for public’s help in search for missing teen

LIMERICK, Maine (WMTW) — The Maine State Police is involved in the search for a missing teenager from Limerick.
Xzandder Peare, 17, was last seen near the Sokokis Lake boat launch in Limerick at about 4 p.m. Sunday, according to police.
Police said Peare is 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighs about 130 pounds. Half of his hair is dyed green and the other half is dyed red.
Peare was wearing a black T-shirt, red shorts and a black backpack when he was last seen. He also had his blue Huffy bicycle with him, according to police.
Peare has not replied to friends and family. Police said that the teen has also run away from home in the past, making it as far as Old Orchard Beach and Sebago.
Police are asking anyone with information regarding Peare’s whereabouts to call the Southern Field Troop at 207-624-7076.
