All lanes on I-10 east at Paisano open after early morning crash

UPDATE (4:04 a.m.): TxDot is reporting that all lanes are now open on I-10 east at Paisano.
EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) — The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) is reporting a crash on I-10 east at Paisano,. All lanes are closed and traffic is being diverted off the highway.
TxDot reports the crash happened around 1:11 a.m. Thursday morning.
