William Jewell teammates, community remember MicahJo Barnett at vigil

LIBERTY, Mo. (KMBC) — A vigil was held Saturday to honor MicahJo Barnett, a 20-year-old William Jewell running back and Liberty North state champion, who died following a medical emergency during a football game.
Family, friends, teammates and neighbors gathered on William Jewell’s campus to remember Barnett, who was described as selfless, humble and someone who made an impact on those around him.
