Idaho Falls man dies in collision involving van and semi-truck

IDAHO FALLS, Idaho (KIFI) – An Idaho Falls man was killed Tuesday in a van and semi-truck crash. The accident happened around 5:40 p.m. on Oct. 20, 2026, at the intersection of 49th N. and 25th East.
The Bonneville County Coroner’s Office said that Kurtis Marvin, 30, of Idaho Falls, died at the scene. According to the Bonneville County Sheriff’s Office, Marvin was in the van.
The driver of the semi-truck was not injured.
Investigators are still trying to determine the circumstances that led to the crash. No further details were released.
