EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) — Ahead of early voting for the November election starting on Monday in Texas, ABC-7’s Andrew J. Polk spoke one-on-one with the challenger for the El Paso County Judge seat.
Minerva Torres Shelton discussed her campaign and the issues affecting the county, and how she would handle them if elected. As the Republican nominee, she is facing off with Democrat and incumbent El Paso County Judge Ricardo Samaniego.
ABC-7 invited Samaniego to participate in a debate with Torres Shelton, but he declined.
