Police say Hatch area gasoline is ‘now mostly water’

HATCH, New Mexico (KVIA) — Wednesday, the Doña Ana County Public Safety Facebook page warned drivers to avoid pumping gas from gas stations in the Hatch, New Mexico, area. The post said to avoid the gas until further notice.
Hatch police said, “The main gasoline line has been breached by water. The gasoline is now mostly water and will damage your vehicle.”
