LINCOLN COUNTY, Mexico (KOAT) — The Valencia County Fire Department has deployed members of its swiftwater rescue team to Lincoln County.
The deployment is to help Lincoln County with dangerous water, and the team is expected to be there until Thursday.
They’ve deployed their water rescue truck, which is the only truck of its kind in the state that is able to drive through high water and help with rescues.
The Valencia County Fire Department, along with the truck, was just in Socorro County this weekend to help communities there.
