The 2026 Great Global Greyhound Walk will take place in Bend this weekend

BEND, Ore. (KTVZ) — Dog lovers in Central Oregon will have a chance to meet some unique breeds this weekend!
The 2026 Great Global Greyhound Walk is happening Sunday at 10 a.m. at Drake Park in Bend.
Local sighthound owners will gather with their dogs to help raise awareness about greyhounds and other sighthound breeds.
The event will also share information about rescue, adoption, and volunteer opportunities.
Organizers say last year’s worldwide walk included more than 16,000 dogs across 47 countries.
The event is free and open to everyone!
