Troopers investigate fatal crash in Callaway County
COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)
One person is dead after a two-vehicle crash was reported in Callaway County on Wednesday, according to a social media post from the Missouri State Highway Patrol’s Troop F.
Troop F – which covers much of Mid-Missouri – wrote on X that it is investigating a two-vehicle crash on Route AA between Evergreen Drive and County Road 499, an area just north of Holts Summit.

One person was ejected from their vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene, the post says.
Trooper Christ Winter told ABC 17 News at the scene that the driver of a golf cart was killed in the crash. The cart was heading eastbound when it was hit by another vehicle, he said. The driver of the other vehicle had no injuries.
