THOUSAND PALMS, Calif. (KESQ) – September 15 marks National Voter Registration Day, putting new attention on how Americans are preparing to cast their ballots in the upcoming midterm elections.

The day comes just after the U.S. Supreme Court weighed in on the latest legal fight surrounding proposed changes to mail-in voting.
