Hospice Employee Takes on 30-Mile Ocean Race for Local Families

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. (KEYT) – A Hospice of Santa Barbara employee is preparing for a nearly 30-mile ocean race to raise money for local families.
The effort will help hospice patients and their loved ones cover everyday expenses during a difficult time.
Money raised will go toward basic needs including food and gas.
The race turns a personal challenge on the water into support for families across the Santa Barbara area.
