IDYLLWILD, Calif. (KESQ) – As fans around the world remember country music icon Dolly Parton following her death Tuesday at age 80, a piece of her history remains tucked away in the mountains of Southern California.

News Channel 3 is heading to Idyllwild, where Parton once owned a mountain cabin. The home’s current owner says the property has been left exactly as Parton had it – preserving details and belongings that offer a rare glimpse into how the legendary singer spent time away from the spotlight.
