Rigby woman hospitalized after crash along County Line Rd.
IDAHO FALLS, Idaho (KIFI) — A 30-year-old Rigby woman was hospitalized Tuesday after police say she ran a stop sign north of Idaho Falls, leading to a two-vehicle crash.
According to the Idaho State Police, the crash happend around 4:30 p.m. at the intersection of N 3900 E and County Line Road.
The Rigby woman was driving northbound on N 3900 E in a silver 2018 Honda Odyssey. As she approached the intersection, ISP says she failed to yield at a stop sign and was struck by a white 2026 Ford F250 pick-up traveling eastbound.
The 59-year-old driver of the Ford was wearing his seatbelt and did not sustain any reported injuries. However, ISP says the 30-year-old Rigby woman was not wearing her seatbelt and was rushed by ground ambulance to a local hospital.
On Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at approximately 4:30 p.m., Idaho State Police investigated a two-vehicle injury crash. The crash occurred at the intersection of N 3900 E and County Line Road, north of Idaho Falls.
The intersection of N 3900 E and County Line Road was blocked for around three and a half hours as crews worked to investigate and clear the scene.
This crash is under investigation by Idaho State Police.
