1 person hospitalized after car catches fire off Transmountain Drive

EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) — A car caught fire on Loop 375 near Mile Marker 19 on Transmountain Monday, according to the El Paso Fire Department. One person was sent to the hospital, EPFD said.
Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) cameras showed the car drove off the highway. El Paso fire confirmed it happened before 6 p.m.

Mile Marker 19 is between LP 375 at Tom Mays Park and Museums.
