37 migrants detained in human smuggling bust in Westmorland

WESTMORLAND, Calif. (KYMA) – 37 migrants were detained in Westmorland after Border Patrol agents stopped two human smuggling attempts.
El Centro Sector Border Patrol shared the news Monday morning on social media.
Agents say a Chevy Tahoe was stopped in Westmorland, carrying seven migrants and uncovered another 27 migrants inside a mini bottom dump trailer.
A total of 37 migrants were detained.
