BEND, Ore. (KTVZ) — After KTVZ’s Problem Solvers reported on Central Oregon homeowners who say they paid deposits to 541 Roofing before communication stopped, some local contractors are now stepping up to help.
Several homeowners told KTVZ News they were left with unfinished roofing plans, lost deposits, and uncertainty about what comes next.
Now, at least two Central Oregon roofing companies say they are looking for ways to ease the burden for those affected.
Greenlee Roofing says it’s offering assistance to qualified homeowners who signed an agreement with 541 Roofing and paid a deposit, including completing projects with no markup.
All Concepts Exteriors also says it’s been working with suppliers and manufacturing partners to explore options for homeowners still trying to complete their projects.
Both businesses say the goal is to help neighbors facing financial stress and restore trust after a difficult situation.
