Man charged with criminal mischief after he barricaded himself from SWAT

Update (2:24 PM): El Paso Police arrested Emilio Carrazco, 21, and charged him with two counts of criminal mischief.
Investigators say that when officers arrived, they found damage to cars in the parking lot located at 815 Burgundy. They later determined that Carrazco had allegedly caused the damage.

Before officers arrived, Carrazco had entered his house and then refused to come back out. The officers called out the SWAT Team, who then apprehended Carrazco.
EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) — SWAT responded to a barricaded subject in the Western Burgundy apartment complex.
Police told ABC-7 a 21-old-male is in custody.
