PORTSMOUTH, New Hampshire (WMUR) — A woman seen being embraced by a man at a Coldplay concert in Foxborough, Massachusetts, in July has filed for divorce through a New Hampshire court.

On Aug. 13, Kristin Cabot filed a petition for divorce from her husband, Privateer Rum CEO Andrew Cabot, in Portsmouth Circuit Court.

Kristin Cabot gained viral fame earlier in the summer when Coldplay frontman Chris Martin was highlighting people in the crowd on a big screen displayed at the July 16 concert. When the camera turned to Kristin Cabot and Andy Byron, she turned away and he ducked out of sight in what became a viral “kiss cam” moment.

Kristin Cabot served as chief people officer at the New York-based tech company Astronomer, while Byron, who was also married to someone else, was the chief executive of the company.

Kristin Cabot was placed on leave and resigned soon after the video went viral. Byron also resigned soon after being placed on leave.

According to court paperwork, a conference in the divorce proceedings, which are still ongoing, is scheduled for the end of November.
