OneAZ Credit Union gives $20,000 grant to local domestic violence shelter

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA) – During Domestic Violence Awareness Month, OneAZ Credit Union gave a $20,000 grant to Safe House, Yuma County’s only domestic violence shelter.
The grant will support Safe House’s work providing shelter, advocacy, and resources for survivors of domestic violence in Yuma County.
As the county’s only domestic violence shelter, Safe House helps individuals and families find safety and healing.
Safe House will dedicate its indoor playroom to honor Wayne Gale, the former president and CEO of First Bank Yuma, who passed away unexpectedly.
