EUGENE, Oregon (KEZI) — A Keizer woman who called police to complain about being kicked out of a bar was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants, according to the Eugene Police Department.
EPD officials said that Madison Raine Freymann, 21, called Eugene police Wednesday night to report getting kicked out of the O Bar for no reason. The bartender then called to say a woman was trying to start multiple fights, got aggressive and refused to leave. The bartender reported that Freymann was too intoxicated to drive and almost hit the building as she left on Commons Drive. She then got into the driver’s seat of a car. Police found the described car — a gray Jeep Cherokee — at the 76 gas station on Coburg Road. The car stopped, and a records check showed the registration was expired.
Freymann smelled of alcohol and had slurred speech. She agreed to take field sobriety tests and admitted to drinking two drinks.
She was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants. She refused a breathalyzer test and a warrant was granted for a blood draw. She was cited for refusal to take a breath test.
