EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) — Destructive gusts blew through the Borderland Thursday evening and will continue through Friday, according to ABC-7’s StormTrack Weather team.

Friday morning, winds were estimated to peak at 65 miles per hour.

In addition to a dramatic drop in temperatures, the wind gusts knocked down trees across El Paso neighborhoods, caused power outages and destroyed home decorations.

ABC-7 viewers sent pictures and videos showing some of that destruction. If you want to share any pictures or videos of Thursday’s weather, use ABC-7’s share form.
