BEND, Ore. (KTVZ) — It’s Indigenous Peoples’ Day, recognizing the cultures, histories and contributions of Native American and tribal communities.

The day also encourages people to learn about and celebrate Indigenous traditions, cultures and contributions — not just today, but year-round.
