Santa Maria Police investigate shooting

SANTA MARIA, Calif. (KEYT) – The Santa Maria Police Department is investigating a shooting after helping a 34-year-old man to the hospital just past midnight Saturday.
SMPD officers arrived at the 2400 block of North Baldwin and found the man suffering from a gunshot wound.
SMPD officers then contacted people at the scene and found no ongoing threat to the public or additional victims.
