Firefighters battle fire at solar plant in Imperial County

IMPERIAL COUNTY, Calif. (KYMA) – Firefighters are battling a fire at a solar plant in Imperial County.
The Imperial County Fire Department (ICFD) said the Mount Signal One Solar Plant Fire sparked at around 7 p.m. Wednesday.
The plant is right off of Highway 98, west of Calexico.
While there is no word on the extent of the damages, reporter Jessamyn Dodd will have the latest updates later this evening.
