Yuma man accused of sexually abusing 15-year-old girl pleads guilty

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA) – A Yuma man accused of sexually abusing a 15-year-old girl has pleaded guilty Thursday.
Derek Moreno, 21, pleaded guilty to one count of sexual conduct with a minor. He faces up to 1.5 years in prison.
Moreno will also have to register as a sex offender for life, and serve ten years of probation after his release.
He’ll be back in court next month for sentencing.
