La Pine moves forward with automatic gates at Finley Butte Sports Complex

LA PINE, Ore. (KTVZ) — The Finley Butte Sports Complex in La Pine has a new safety upgrade: automatic gates.
The gates are intended to improve security, and help control access to the sports complex, particularly when the facility is closed.
The gates close automatically at 10 p.m. and open the next morning.
Anyone inside the sports complex after-hours will need to call the non-emergency dispatch line to be let out.
The project is part of ongoing efforts to improve the complex, and provide a safer, more secure, space for athletes, families, and visitors.
