Sports physicals required for students participating in athletics

Bend, ORE. (KTVZ) — Students participating in extracurricular athletics will require sports physicals for the upcoming school year, according to a recent back-to-school reminder. These physicals, which can be requested from health care providers during annual wellness visits using the OSAA form, are mandatory for all student participants.
