Crews tackle vegetation fire off Bitterwater Road in Shandon

SHANDON, Calif. (KEYT) – CAL FIRE SLO crews are fighting a 10-acre vegetation fire off Bitterwater Road in Shandon.
The fire first emerged around 3:00 p.m. and had the potential to grow to 20 acres despite no structural threat. Forward progress of the fire stopped just before 3:45 p.m at 35 acres.
