Ventura County Fair to Enforce New Clear Bag Policy July 29-Aug. 9

VENTURA, Calif. (KEYT) – The Ventura County Fair wants people to bring clear purses and bags this year.
Security guards are preparing for large crowds and they will be checking bags.
The fair’s website states the clear bag policy is an effort to promote safe and efficient entry.
The fair off Harbor Blvd. by the beach in Ventura opens on Wednesday July 29th and runs through Aug. 9.
