Community shred and donation event scheduled for today in Sisters

SISTERS, Ore. (KTVZ) — Sisters residents are invited to participate in an annual community shred event scheduled for today, July 18, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office substation. The event offers residents the opportunity to securely shred up to four boxes of documents, dispose of unwanted medications, retire worn American flags and donate non-perishable food items to a local food bank.
