Evacuation lifted for fire in Fountain

FOUNTAIN, Colo. (KRDO) – The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office has lifted an evacuation for homes between both the North and South intersections of Jordan Road and Old Pueblo Road in Fountain.
Officials sent the evacuation notice over Peak Alerts. It is now safe to return to the area.
