During the early morning hours of Wednesday, ECPD says their Night Shift Patrol Officers found the stolen vehicle on Eighth and Main Street, prompting them to attempt a traffic stop.

However, the driver did not stop and initiated a pursuit, which ended in Seeley when the suspect “crashed into a fence and tried to flee on foot,” according to ECPD.

ECPD says officers caught and arrested the suspect, who was then booked into the Imperial County Jail on multiple felony charges.
